Open Job Opportunities

Non-CDL Bus Operator
  • Starting pay is $15.00/hour

    • No CDL Required

    • Provide reliable transportation services to the public by operating the vehicles safely and carefully

    • Opportunity to participate in our CDL Training Program within your first 6 months or less of employment, pay will increase to $16.50 per hour after obtaining CDL C with Passenger Endorsement

    • Full-time hires average 45 hours per week. Shifts are 6-8 hours long with overtime hours available

    • Potential for greater earnings with shift pick-up bonuses and overtime pay

​​​​CDL Class - C with Passenger Endorsement Bus Operator
  • Starting pay is $16.50/hour

    • With CDL Class C + P Endorsement

    • Provide reliable transportation services to the public by operating the vehicles safely and carefully

    • Part-Time and Full-Time positions available

    • Full-time hires average 45 hours per week. Shifts are 6-8 hours long with overtime hours available

    • Potential for greater earnings with shift pick-up bonuses and overtime pay

General Bus Operator Requirements:

  • Must be able to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

  • Minimum age of 21.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Authorized to work in the United States.

  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the previous three years.

  • Must be able to maintain a KDOT physical certification.

  • Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job subject to testing criteria. 

  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and Physical Capacity Profile.

  • Great customer service/people skills, including good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must show a stable previous work history.

  • CDL Class C with Passenger endorsement is required for Part-Time and Full-Time CDL Drivers
