Demand Response/Paratransit
Apart from scheduled fixed route services, we also offer origin to destination "demand-response" general public transportation. We schedule vehicles and drivers today to meet the demand for rides tomorrow.
Eligibility
Individuals who qualify as disabled under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and those who are 60 years or older, who are not able to use the fixed route services must complete and submit the appropriate application and be deemed eligible before being able to use the Demand Response service. If applying due to ADA, you need to download and submit both Part A and Part B.
