It is the policy of ATA Bus to uphold and assure full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and all related statutes.

ADA Complaint 

Title II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) provide that no entity shall discriminate against an individual with a disability in connection with the provision of transportation service. If you have a complaint about the accessibility of the FHATA Inc. transit system or believe you have been discriminated against because of your disability, you can use the linked form below to file a complaint. To file this complaint, accurately fill it out, and mail or email it to:

Reasonable Modification 

ADA and related statutes provide that transportation entities are required to make reasonable modifications/accommodations to policies, practices, and procedures to avoid discrimination and ensure that their programs are accessible to individuals with disabilities under any program or activity receiving Federal assistance. Any individual, group of individuals, or entity that wants ATA to modify its service to accommodate a disability may make a reasonable request for modification.
